Refund policy

Punctuality & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all our guests, tours depart strictly at their scheduled times. Please review our policy regarding late arrivals:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date qualify for a full refund.

• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Note: Our office opens at 08:00 AM. Any cancellation requests sent overnight for a tour occurring the same day will be processed according to the 50% refund policy.

• No-shows on the day of the tour will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
  

• Late Arrival & No-Shows: Failure to arrive by the scheduled tour start time will result in the forfeiture of your tour and all associated payments.

• Same-Day Rescheduling: If you miss your slot, we will do our best to accommodate you on a later tour that same day, provided there is available space.

• Rescheduling Fee quadbiking only: A fee of R200 per person applies to all same-day rescheduling. This is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Note: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow for check-in and preparation.
